Landscape crewman/foreman in West Bend, Wisconsin

Brant's Lawn Care, Inc, is in its eighth year of operation and is looking for new team members who enjoy working outdoors and would like to pursue a career in landscaping, rather than just having a job.
Job duties: Duties will include lawn mowing, hedge trimming, tree pruning, hardscape and softscape construction, landscape design, and herbicide/pesticide application (with license) in the growing season. In the winter, duties will likely involve all aspects of snow removal, including salting, sidewalk salting, shoveling, and plowing.
Qualifications: The primary qualification for this job is an interest in pursuing landscaping as a career, rather than just a job while you look for something else. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must have a good driving record in order to be accepted by our insurance. Highschool diploma or GED required. Technical degree preferred but not required. A Category 3.0 pesticide license is likewise preferred but not required. An ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, eager to learn and take responsibility, and possess a good attention to quality. Good mechanical skills are a plus, since we do our own maintenance.
